Responsibilities:
As an Entry Level Quality Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1Monitoring and evaluating manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
2Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential areas of improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
3Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures and corrective actions.
4Analysing quality data and preparing reports to track performance against set quality objectives.
5Assisting in the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
6Participating in product design reviews to provide input on potential quality issues.
7Training staff on quality standards and procedures to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
8Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality processes, inspections, audits, and quality standards and specifications.
3Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data analysis and report generation.
4A Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
8Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems would be advantageous.
9Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) would be a plus.
