We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join their team in Coopersville, MI.
In this role, you will identify and improve business processes related to various software systems across the business.
This role will also be responsible for driving training initiatives to improve system adoption and efficiency throughout the organization.

What you will get to do:
Work closely with business software vendors to communicate needs, issues, and improvements Train and support users on all applications Document methods and procedures to develop company-wide processes.
Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation is a plus Research new application and tools that will support company initiatives Coordinate the software needs across multiple departments within the organization Configure application settings to maximize impact for end users Evaluate existing IT systems and identify areas for improvement Serve as an Admin for all business applications across the organization including:
HRIS, ERP, POS, Microsoft applications, etc.
