Position Overview:
As a Licensed CSR/Account Manager at Coopersville Insurance Agency, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing outstanding insurance services to our clients.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including writing new policies, servicing existing policies, customer relations, renewal reviews, cross-selling, policy cancellations, and very thorough record keeping and documentation in a customer management system.
