Overview:
We are currently seeking a creative, hourly ENTRY LEVEL Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Actively recruits qualified applicants Define and perform the day to day recruiting best practices, including identifying internal and external top talent Explores the market best practices in the recruitment sphere and implements appropriate best practices in the organization Maintains and supplies weekly recruiting statistics Coordinates interviews between applicants and operations Interact with different organizations and state agencies in acquiring qualified applicants Manages recruiting contacts and partners in the community Work with local colleges and technical schools for possible applicants (job boards) Maintain applicant data base (iCims) Screen resumes Telephone pre-screening of applicants Schedule and coordinate interviews Verify and recap time frame (resume/interview) Capture new hire recruiting method Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates Be a resource for the field on recruiting needs & tools Perform administrative duties as assigned Other Human Resource responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Work in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously managing multiple projects and critical searches Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Normal lifting up to 10lbs Ability to manage work schedule Ability to interact with various departments and management team Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize iCims, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Recommended Skills Administration Communication Coordinating Databases Hardworking And Dedicated Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
